Crosseyed lamppost drunk

This fellow is mentioned in the 30th chapter of the 3rd part of Gravity's Rainbow, in a paragraph reeling off the 40 or so figures who belt out "Bright Days for the Black Market." This guy is more or less finished, but I plan to refine the environs and expand to eventually include (hopefully) all the other figures as well. Let me know what you think!
